Why a paid tier at all
A paid tier keeps Senwitt sustainable without resorting to data sales or aggressive ads on free users. Super Senwitt subscribers fund the daily Set for everyone else. That is the trade we picked, and we wanted to name it out loud. Read more about the company on the About page.
We considered the alternatives. A pure-ads model would have produced the adversarial design pattern most consumer apps have settled into — interruptive ads, attention-extraction metrics on the dashboard, every notification framed to drive a session. A data-sales model would have created a different kind of conflict: the user becomes the product whether they paid or not. A paid tier with a generous free tier is the only structure that aligns what the user wants from the product with what the company wants from the user.
What Super Senwitt does not unlock
Super Senwitt does not gate any Skill, any Belt, any Set, or any research content on the site. The full daily practice is in the free tier. Super Senwitt does not unlock secret cognitive results, special tests, paid challenges, or social features that would not exist for free users. It removes friction (ads, energy limits, internet dependence) for users who want more than the bounded daily Set; it does not produce a fundamentally different product underneath. The decision to upgrade should feel like "I want fewer ads and more practice today," not like "I need to pay to get the real product."
Billing, refunds, and cancellation
Super Senwitt is billed through the App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android, on monthly or annual cycles depending on the plan you pick. Refunds and cancellations go through Apple and Google directly, not through us — reportaproblem.apple.com and Google Play support handle the financial side of every iOS and Android subscription respectively. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not retain billing information; the stores do.

Senwitt is a daily brain exercise app, not a brain training program. We do not claim to improve general cognition, prevent cognitive decline, or treat any condition. Independent scientific consensus — the 2014 Stanford Center on Longevity / Max Planck Institute statement signed by 70 neuroscientists, the 2016 Simons et al. review in Psychological Science in the Public Interest, and the FTC's 2016 settlement with Lumos Labs — has concluded that “brain training” claims are not supported by the evidence. Senwitt is built on a different premise: skills you actively practice get sharper; skills you stop practicing fade.
