Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including your contact information, identification of the removed content and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable Federal District Court.
Repeat-infringer policy
Apik Systems maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
