How sharp is your mind, really?
AI does more of your thinking. Senwitt is the daily seven-minute place to keep writing, math, code, memory, reading, and reasoning in regular use β yours, not the modelβs.

The drift is real.
We ask AI to draft the sentence, autocomplete the code, summarize the article, calculate the answer, and remember the route. That is not a moral failure. It is a practice problem. The skills you stop using get less time in the loop.
Senwitt is the daily place to put those skills back in the loop.
One Set a day.
Pick 3 to 6 Skills: writing, math, code, memory, reading, and reasoning. Senwitt builds a short mixed Set from those Skills. You complete the reps, track Sharpness, keep your streak alive, earn Belts, and move along the Senwitt Path.

Sharpness. Streaks. Belts. The Senwitt Path.
Four small mechanics that turn one daily Set into a habit you can feel β and none of them make a claim Senwitt has not earned.
- Sharpness
A progress rating built from effort and skill.
Sharpness is Senwitt's internal progress rating. It is not a cognitive score and not a medical metric β it just tracks how you are showing up across your Skills.
How Sharpness works
- Streaks
Show up, every day.
A streak is a count of consecutive days you completed your Set. Streaks are not a guilt-trip β they are a habit signal that helps the daily practice stick.
See the habit loop
- Belts
Earn the next belt by sustained practice.
Eight belts from white to black, unlocked by sustained Sharpness across categories. Belts make long-term progress visible without making it competitive.
Walk the Senwitt Path
- Senwitt Path
Your visible progression.
The Senwitt Path collects your streaks, Belts, Skills practiced, and recent Sets into one view so the habit is something you can feel, not just something you start.

Not brain training. Brain exercise.
Senwitt is a daily brain exercise app, not a brain training program. We do not claim to improve general cognition, prevent cognitive decline, or treat any condition. Independent scientific consensus β the 2014 Stanford Center on Longevity / Max Planck Institute statement signed by 70 neuroscientists, the 2016 Simons et al. review in Psychological Science in the Public Interest, and the FTC's 2016 settlement with Lumos Labs β has concluded that βbrain trainingβ claims are not supported by the evidence. Senwitt is built on a different premise: skills you actively practice get sharper; skills you stop practicing fade.
Built for the AI moment, without the panic.
A 2025 MIT Media Lab study explored LLM-assisted essay writing, EEG activity, recall, and cognitive debt. The study is an important signal, not a license to overstate. Senwitt's position is narrower: when AI does more of the work, people need a daily place to practice the thinking they still want to own.
Free brain tests
Stroop, N-back, digit span β the cognitive tests, explained honestly.
Senwitt is a daily practice habit, not a cognitive test. The tests are their own thing. We publish source-backed explainers for the classic ones so you can see what they measure, where they came from, and what your score actually does β and does not β tell you.
