# Senwitt

> Senwitt is a daily brain exercise app for the AI era. Built by Apik Systems (Mumbai). Free base tier; Super Senwitt paid tier.

Senwitt gives users seven minutes a day of mixed reps across six Skills — Writing, Math, Code, Memory, Reading, Reasoning. It is **brain exercise**, not brain training. Senwitt does not claim to improve general cognition, prevent cognitive decline, or treat any condition. The framing is deliberate: the brain-training category drew FTC action (2016 Lumosity settlement) and scientific pushback (Stanford / Max Planck 2014 consensus; Simons et al. 2016 review) for overclaiming, and Senwitt sits inside the narrower promise the published evidence supports.
